Has anyone ordered presale tickets for the concerts in Canada/Ottawa? I did and I paid what they requested. Now I am being asked to pay an additional $35.00 per ticket because they made a mistake in the billing. I don’t know of any other store that asks the customer to pay the difference for their error. I was so excited to get these tickets for my husband and son – way at the top of their bucket lists for concerts but this experience is ruining it for me. They are talking to me like I am an idiot because I am asking questions and wondering how they came up with their numbers. Disappointed in Ottawa for sure!!
