      I’ve been a JT fan since the 1970s. He’s easily in my top 10 favorite musicians, maybe even top 5. I’m also a Trump supporter (though I’m not slavish about it and have some critiques about Orange Man). It’s my impression that JT fans form a kind of informal subculture which is highly imbued with leftism, and thus would automatically, reflexively dislike Trump.

        Trump appears to be the polar opposite of the values imbedded in JT’s songs.

            Here is an idea. Let’s leave the politics somewhere else and just enjoy James for as long as he will let us.
