        Hi Antony,

        I believe that the make/brand of the flat cap is Brixton. After the discussion which Barb mentioned that took place several years ago, I purchased one. I just checked and the cap is a Brixton. Try their web site.

          My husband and I will be there too. I am celebrating my 50th birthday next month and hope to have him autograph a special sign that a co-worker made for me.

            The book actually was released a week early. I received my copy from Amazon yesterday. I haven’t had a chance to start reading it, but am definitely looking forward to it!
